If your recent order isn't up to your standards, we do offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is still new and unused. Shirts and other apparel should be unworn, unwashed, and include their original tags.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, just send it back to us and we'll put the money back onto your original payment method - minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges. Due to the fact that we donate a portion of proceeds from every item purchased, a small restocking fee is partially in place to ensure the initial donation amount isn't lost. Also, we're happy to give you a full refund in store credit.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size (or another item of equal/lesser value), send it back to us and we will ship your new item free of charge.
If your items were damaged or defective when you received it, please contact us immediately. We'll do everything we can to make things right!
To get the refund/exchange process underway, please send us an email at returns@ShopSteelShark.com with a brief description of your request, and make sure to include your name and order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible and provide the mailing address for you to return your items to.
